Molly’s Khmer Class

Lesson 1: Let’s learn the first consonant in the alphabet. Fun fact: The Cambodian language is the largest alphabet in the world! The first consonant makes the hard G sound – Gaw. Consonant Gaw is fun to spell words with. For example: the word neck is spelled with just the consonant Gaw. So, “neck” in Khmer is pronounced as “gaw.” Easy right??! It looks like this: ក and that’s all for today!
